Title: the world is in chaos. What about us. The talk will present some of the fundamental problems facing physiotherapy and changes we need to make conceptually and more important practically with possible specific directions. Nirit Rotem is the head of the physiotherapy department at Tel Aviv Souraski Medical Center. She is a clinician, researcher, educator and long-standing leader in national and international physiotherapy bodies. She has been a long-standing active member of European Region of World Physiotherapy working groups, a former member of the Board of World Physiotherapy, and a recipient of the 2022 European Region Award for outstanding service to physiotherapy in Europe. Nirit is an out spoken advocate for the need for constant changes in physiotherapy to address the ever-changing local and global environment.
